TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE Walk-a-thon / Fun Run / Spell-a-thon: By placing this booking form you have agreed to conduct the A-thon fundraiser with BLC International Pty Ltd trading as Australian School & Club Fundraising Specialists. The amount to be charged to the stated group is 39.6% (36% + 10% GST) of the total funds received in your fundraiser. The total value of the prizes, based on the values in the fundraising brochure, will not exceed the actual total amount received. Payment is to be made within 7 days of receiving the prizes. I am over the age of 18 years of age and I understand and agree to uphold the terms and conditions. I understand that this is a legally binding contract between myself and BLC International Pty Ltd trading as Australian School & Club Fundraising Specialists. I also agree that I am personally responsible for the payment to BLC International Pty Ltd trading as Australian School & Club Fundraising Specialists of the total invoice value within 7 days of receipt of prizes. Ownership of the goods does not pass until the total invoice value is paid in full.
