Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie and Biscuit Dough™ is quickly becoming one of the most popular fundraising programs – it’s easy, affordable and delicious! We offer a full-colour brochure with order form, free incentive prizes and a free computer program that automatically totals your order.

Our products are not sold in the supermarkets and organisers are being asked to run the fundraiser again and again. We have had a large number of groups who ran the cookie and biscuit dough fundraiser TWICE in 2008..

Back by popular demand: delicious and fruity Christmas Cake

In 4th term we're adding our famous Christmas Fruit Cake to the Cookie Dough Order Form. Moist, full of fruit and delicious! Like the cookie dough you scoop from the tub into a baking tin and you bake your own fresh cake for the table. It can be stored for weeks in an air-tight container. 

Why not also scoop into a muffin pan and bake individual cakes? You can also heat these up as a pudding and add custard. And why not wrap the individual cakes in gift wrap as a unique and inexpensive gift?

Our products have been specially formulated to meet the school nutritional guidelines for the AMBER category.

And your supporters will love the convenience of our cookie dough - simply scoop from the tub, place on a sheet and bake - it's quick and easy! You will make 52 (25g) cookies from each 1.3kg re-usable tub. It stacks easily in the freezer until ready to use.

Cookie dough can be refrigerated for 4 weeks and frozen for 1 year. It can be thawed and refrozen.

Our products are not sold in the supermarkets which ensures that your fundraiser will be and always remain popular. Organisers are being asked to run the fundraiser again and again. How often do you receive this response to a fundraiser rather than “not those chocolates again”? We have a large number of groups run the cookie and biscuit dough fundraiser TWICE a year.


How does a cookie dough fundraiser work?

  • You run the fundraiser as an order form drive for 2 weeks.
  • We supply a cookie dough order form brochure for all participants.
  • We supply a draft of a parent's letter to accompany the brochure.
  • Participants collect orders and monies from family, friends and work colleagues.
  • Use our FREE computer program which automatically produces your order to be sent to our office.
  • The software generates all your paperwork administration.
  • We work with you to arrange the day that you require delivery.
  • We dispatch your prizes separately as our cookie dough is stored in freezer warehouses in each Capital City.

  • We require payment prior to the delivery of our cookie dough.
