Terms & Conditions of Sale: By placing this booking you have agreed to conduct the My School Walk or Run for Fun Fundraiser with BLC International Pty Ltd trading as Australian School & Club Fundraising Specialists™. The amount to be charged of the total monies raised from your fundraiser is as follows: Option 1: 30% + GST (33%), Option 2: 35% + GST (38.5%), Option 3: 40% + GST (44%). The total value of the prizes, based on the values in the fundraising brochure, will not exceed the actual total amount received. Payment is to be made within 7 days of you receiving the prizes. The surprise party for options 2 and 3 is calculated as follows: up to 200 students receive a $30 discount and 200 or more students receive a $50 discount. I am over the age of 18 years of age and I understand and agree to uphold the terms and conditions. I understand that this is a legally binding contract between myself and BLC International Pty Ltd trading as Australian School & Club Fundraising Specialists™. I also agree that I am personally responsible for the payment to BLC International Pty Ltd trading as Australian School and Club Fundraising Specialists™ of the total invoice value within 7 days of receipt of prizes . Ownership of the goods does not pass until the total invoice value is paid in full.
