Your profit is based on your organisation remaining under the GST turnover threshold.

How does it work?

It’s as easy as...

• Plan your event date – this can be your Cross Country or Sports Carnival or walk-a-thon around the school oval or spell-a-thon, your date to hand out the free sponsorship brochures which is on average 4-6 weeks before your event, the date you require the brochures and monies back, the number of brochures you require, and the Program Option you will use – you will make 70% clear profit with our Option 1 for instance.
• Book online or download the booking form or phone us on 1800 657 489.
• We despatch your sponsorship forms, your co-ordinator’s how to/information pack, posters to arrive well before your requested date.
• Hand out the sponsorship brochures and parent’s letters to your students/families - your students collect sponsorships over an average 4-6 week period.
• We will arrange for the delivery of the Frantelle water or Quelch Fruit Juice Sticks well before your event if you selected Option 2 or 4.
• Collect the sponsorship forms and monies, use our free computer accounting software to automatically generate your prize order, and picking slips.
  Or you can use the hard copy tally sheets.
• Fax/email your prize order to our office. We will despatch your prizes within 7 days of receiving your prize order.
